Helping at times of need
We recognise how important those close to you who have died are and how unique each one is, whether they have just passed from this world or left a long time ago.
We also realise how painful and difficult it can be losing a loved one.
There are therefore many ways then that we are set up to help you in this time of need.
Not only are we able to hold funerals here, but we can have burials and bury ashes. We also allow the erection of monuments in memory of people and can in other ways create ‘living’ memorials. We are also available to care for you in your loss and talk with you about the issues of life and death.
Most funerals are arranged through a funeral director, most memorials arranged through a stone mason, but the vicar (or another minister from the church) will also be involved at some point. Do feel free to contact him as soon as you wish to talk about anything that you need help with around the death of or creating memories for your loved one(s).
We believe that all Christian people as well as being remembered here are welcomed by God into heaven and that putting our trust ‘belief’ in Jesus death and resurrection brings about an amazing ability to face our great enemy death. If you wish to think this through further, again in the first instance contact our vicar.
